All order information you provide to Robin Young Publications is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.
RRY Publications uses Authorize.net as the credit card processor. Your credit card information is never stored at our servers hence no one can steal it from us. Robin Young Publications works with Comodo CA Ltd (a Comodo Group company) SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol security software, to encrypt your order information so that it cannot be read as your order travels over the Internet. To verify that you are on a secure page, look for the closed key or lock on the bottom left corner of your browser.
Corrections:
We will update and correct any information that is found or known to be incorrect either through our own record-keeping or as advised by a subscriber or registrant through ryortho.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received ten days prior to an event will be refunded at 100% of initial payment. Refunds will not be given to cancellations received later than ten days of the event. Cancellations may be made via email to robin@ryortho.com.
